The addition of carbon fibre significantly improves rigidity, dimensional stability, and wear resistance while reducing warping compared to standard nylon. This makes PA6-CF ideal for manufacturing functional prototypes, automotive components, jigs, fixtures, mechanical parts, and industrial tooling.
Note: Due to the abrasive nature of carbon fibre filaments, a hardened steel or wear-resistant nozzle (0.4mm minimum, 0.6mm recommended) is strongly recommended.
